Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That details of the natural stone slabs to be used for the hall floor shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences.
Reason: to ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the commencement of works full details for fixing the new softwood staircase to the existing building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences.
Reason: To ensure the protection of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That sections of the underfloor heating and details of the existing foundations at a scale of 1:20 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences.
