Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That a scheme for the discharge of the swimming pool backwash water should be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within 3 months of the date of this planning permission. The swimming pool backwash water should be discharged to foul sewer subject to approval from Thames Water Utilities, or to a sealed tank (unless demonstrated by risk assessment that a discharge to underground strata would not significantly impact upon groundwater). The works approved under such scheme should be carried out as approved and completed within 6 months of the date of this planning permission. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
