Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development is commenced.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy CON2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and the new external stair to the garage has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.The details shall be provided at a scale of 1:20 in section and elevation.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance and setting of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
