Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the external walls and roof be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G6 and CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the existing trees on the land shall be protected whilst development operations are in progress, in accordance with BS 5837/2005 and drawing number L2409/12 Rev.8. Storage or stockpiling of materials and temporary on-site parking shall not be undertaken within the root protection zones of those trees to be retained.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies CON7 and C9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the building hereby permitted shall be used only for purposes ancillary to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and not for separate business use or any other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G6, H13, CON5 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
