That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of materials and finishes for the buildings. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and in accordance with Policies C2, G2, G6 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire District Local Plan.

That the brickwork to be used in the extension shall be laid in a Flemish bond. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the historic structure and in accordance with Policies C2, G2, G6 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no other development shall take place until a sample section of the brickwork has been constructed and inspected on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the proposed development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies C2, G2, G6 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
