Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application S.14/06 as shown on plan numbers S2, S3 & 04/524/01 accompanying the application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development.
Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.
That development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date hereof.
Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.
That the external walls and roofs of the building be constructed and finished in accordance with a Schedule of Materials and Finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development.
Reason: To ensure the Materials and Finishes are compatible with the surrounding development. (Policies: G2 (OSP2016); G2 (SOLP2011)).
That the School shall prepare a School Travel Plan which is to be submitted to and approved by the Head of Sustainable Development following consultation with the Travel Plans Development Team and that plan must be put into operation by the start of the Spring term 2007.
Reason: In the interest of highway safety and to encourage more sustainable means of transport. (Policies: T1 (OSP2016))
