Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That details of all new or replacement doors and windows shall be submitted at a scale of 1:20 (section and elevation) and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to safeguard the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That samples of the roofing and walling materials shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That details of the paint finishes to be used shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That a detailed specification of any guttering, vents and flues shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the works. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
