Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby permitted shall only be used for the keeping of the applicant's horses only and shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality and to comply with policies G2, R10 and T1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, prior to the commencement of the development, the entrance gates shall be recessed into the field by 10 m and a vision splay of 2.4m x 90m (minimum) shall be provided at the site's access and shall thereafter retained as such. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience and to comply with policies G2, R10 and T1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
