Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That no development shall take place until written approval has been given by the Local Planning Authority to a sample panel of prior approved bricks to be used for the construction of the plinth to the conservatory. The sample panel shall be erected on the site of the development and retained until development is completed and the panel shall thereafter be removed from the site. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the existing building and the Clifton Hampden Conservation Area and in accordance with Policy CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the plinth of the conservatory shall be constructed using a lime mortar mix. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the existing building and the Clifton Hampden Conservation Area and in accordance with Policy CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification including finishes of the windows and doors in section and elevation set out in a plan at scale 1:20 has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the existing building and the Clifton Hampden Conservation Area and in accordance with Policy CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
