That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That, prior to the commencement, details of the materials and fixings to be used for the secondary glazing shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with policies G2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
