Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the Marsh Baldon Conservation Area and to comply with Policies G2, CON2 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the garage doors shall be constructed in timber to match the walls and be side hung.
