Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application S.05/06 as shown on plan numbers 783062/10.01, /10.02, /11.02 and 12.01 accompanying the application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By decision of the Local Planning Authority in accordance with Section 91 (1) (b) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990 to secure the proper timing of the development.

That the external walls and roofs of the buildings/dwellings be constructed and finished in accordance with a Schedule of Materials and Finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development. Reason: To ensure the Materials and Finishes are compatible with the surrounding development. (Policies: G2 (OSP2016); G2, GB4 (SOLP2011)).

That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development a scheme of landscaping, which shall include indications of all existing trees and hedgerows on the land, and details of any to be retained, together with measures for their protection in the course of development. Reason: In the interests of the visual amenities of the area and to ensure the creation of a pleasant environment for the development. (Policies: G2 (OSP2016); G2, GB4 (SOLP2011)).

That the comprehensive landscaping scheme referred to in condition 4 shall be submitted for approval prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted and shall be implemented in the first planting season following the first use of the approved development. Reason: In the interests of the visual amenities of the area and to ensure the creation of a pleasant environment for the development. (Policies: G2 (OSP2016); G2, G4 (SOLP2011)).

That the school hall shall be used only for school related uses unless agreed in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development. Reason: In the interest of the amenity of the area. (Policies: G2 (OSP2016); G2, G1 (SOLP)).

That prior to its installation, full details of the proposed external lighting shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development. Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring residents. (Policies: G2 (OSP2016); G1 (SOLP)).

That the hours of use of the floodlighting system be limited to the following times: from dusk to 11.00 pm - Mondays to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development. Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring residents. (Policies: G2 (OSP2016); G1 (SOLP2011)).

That at the School shall prepare a School Travel Plan which is to be submitted to and approved by the Head of Sustainable Development following consultation with the Travel Plans Development Team and that plan must be put into operation by the start of the Spring term 2007. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and to encourage more sustainable means of transport. (Policies: T1 (OSP2016); G1 (SOLP2011)).
