Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G6, H13, CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the new suspended timber floor shall be constructed in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the proposed works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G6, H13, CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish (to include a 1:20 scale section and elevations) of the windows has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
