That, having regard to the location of 6 Queens Road on a prominent and open corner site and to the design details of the proposed conservatory, the proposal would result in an incongruous form of development that does not relate well to the form and character of the existing dwelling. As such the proposal would detract from the character of the existing dwelling and the character and appearance of the area contary to Policy H13 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and paragraph EX2 of section 4.6 of the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
