The exposed borehole pipe is also to be covered with a GRP enclosure to ensure future security. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

The construction of storage facilites for oils, fuels or chemicals shall be carried out in accordance with details submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development is commenced. Reason: To prevent pollution of the water environment and to accord with Policies G1, EP1, and EP7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
