Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the plain clay tiles to be used for the roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character of the listed building and to accord with Policies CON2, CON3, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character of the listed building and to accord with Policies CON2, CON3, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rooflights has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character of the listed building and to accord with Policies CON2, CON3, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a traditional lime mortar mix be used in any pointing of external brickwork. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character of thelisted building and to accord with Policies CON2, CON3, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
