That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Details of the proposed new doors to flats 2 and 2a, at a scale of 1:20 (section and elevation) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G2, CON3 and CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

The existing historic 2- panelled door to flat 2 shall be retained and locked into position and not removed and thereafter retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G2, CON2 and CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
