Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That no works shall take place until a damp specialists survey has been undertaken and the report agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority and such works shall be carried out in accordance with the agreed survey. Reason: To ensure the safety and protection of the listed building and to accord with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

No works shall be undertaken until details of how the installation of a damp proofing system will affect the listed building have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. This should include drawn details of windows, door architraves and skirtings of how these would be altered. Reason: To ensure the safety and protection of the listed building and to accord with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a detailed description of works/method statement to be undertaken and carried out under this consent shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by Local Planning Authority before the commencement of any works on site. Reason: To ensure the safety and protection of the listed building and to accord with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
