Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That, the development hereby permitted shall not be occupied until the main building at 4 The Rickyard has been converted and occupied as a single unit of residential accommodation.
Reason: To ensure that converted space is used only for purposes ancillary to the main use of 4 The Rickyard as a dwellinghouse in accordance with Policies G2, G4, G6, C1 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of 4 The Rickyard as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy in accordance with Policies G2, G4, G6, C1 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
