That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That samples of the bricks to be used shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all doors (section and elevation at a scale of 1:20) has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until details of the means of structural support of the brickwork on the removal of a section of kitchen wall to gain access to the conservatory (section at a scale of 1:20) have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
