Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the structural support for the proposed stone retaining wall, new gates and railings at scale 1:20 (section and elevation) has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a sample panel of stone and lime mortar bedding and pointing to be inspected on site by the Conservation Officer before the works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
