That, having regard to the location of the extension on the gable end of the late 16thC/early 17thC part of the existing dwelling, the proposed development would harm the special architecture and historic interest of the listed building. This additional extension to the original building would result in harm being caused by the cumulative effect of previous additions further devaluing its special interest contrary to Section 3.13 of PPG 15. This would adversely affect the established character and special interest of the Grade II listed building contrary to Policies G2, CON2 and CON3 of the approved South Oxfordshire Local Plan and advice set out in PPG 15.
