Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the original line of the partition between the shower room and bedroom 3 shall be retained at ceiling level with a minimum 150 mm down-stand.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to protect the character of the building as a building of special architectural or historic interest in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the original door frame shall be retained as detailed on Drawing No.05 B as shall the skirting on the bedroom side of the new partition.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to protect the character of the building as a building of special architectural or historic interest in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That any new skirting necessary is to be of the same profile as the original skirting.
