Decision
Planning Permission on 3rd May 2006
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

The barn shall not be used for the sheltering of livestock at any time. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area and to ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to comply with Policies G2 and EP1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

If the agricultural use of the land shall cease for a period of more than 10 years, the building shall be demolished and removed from the land. Reason: Because the development is justifiable only on agricultural grounds and to comply with Policies G2 and A1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
