Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That all routes for mechanical and electrical services and drainage shall be arranged to be visually unobtrusive and cause the minimum disturbance to historic fabric. Reason: To safeguard the architectural, historic interest and character of the building and to comply with Policies G2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

The existing doorframes at the top of the basement stairs shall not be removed or altered in any way. Reason: To safeguard the architectural, historic interest and character of the building and to comply with Policies G1 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
