Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

The rating level of the noise emitted from the pump shall not exceed the existing background noise level by more than 5dB between the 07:30 and 23:00 Monday to Friday and no more than 1dB at any other time. The noise levels shall be determined at the boundary of the nearest noise sensitive premises. The measurements and assessment shall be made in accordance to the latest British Standard 4142, 'Method for rating industrial noise affecting mixed residential areas'. Reason: To ensure that the development does not cause noise disturbance to adjacent properties in accordance with Policy EP2 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
