Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the barn and greenhouse shall be as specified on the plans hereby permitted unless the Local Planning Authority given written agreement to any variation.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2 and G6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the stables hereby permitted shall only be used for private purposes by the occupier of Round Hill Farm and shall not be used for any commercial or business purposes.
Reason: A more intensive business or commercial use may not be acceptable in this remote and sensitive location within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in accordance with Policies G2, G4, C2 and R10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the barn hereby permitted shall not be used other than for the purposes specified in the application that is for agricultural and horticultural purposes in connection with Round Hill Farm.
Reason: The buildings are permitted on the basis of their uses described in the application and other uses may not be acceptable in this remote and sensitive location within the open countryside and Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in accordance with Policies G2, G4, C2 and R10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That, prior to first use of the buildings hereby permitted, the existing stabling, shed and Dutch barn shall be removed and the resulting materials removed from the site.
Reason: That permission is granted on the basis that the new buildings replace an existing dilapidated range and their removal will safeguard the appearance of this part of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in accordance with Policies C2, G2, G4 and G6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
