That the materials to be used for the windows and doors shall be of the same colour and type as those used on the existing house. Reason: To preserve the character of the house and protect the character of the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in accordance with Policies G2, G6, H13 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
