That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.

That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of Appletree Cottage as a single dwellinghouse, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy and would be contrary to Policy H6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
