That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That details of the new windows and doors shall be submitted at a scale of 1:20 and 1:5 (section and elevation) and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic character of the Grade II listed building in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That details of the paint finishes shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works.
