Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the materials from the demolition of the buildings shall be removed from the site prior to the commencement of any other development.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality in accordance with Policies G2 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
