That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the dormer windows hereby permitted shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
