Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That details of the new doors shall be submitted at a scale of 1:5 (section and elevation) with details of glazing bars at 1:1 and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic character of the Grade II Listed Building in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That samples of the materials and details of the finish to be utilised in the blocking up of the existing opening shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencements of works. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic character of the Grade II Listed Building dwelling in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
