That the advertisement hereby approved shall not be illuminated at any time.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G2 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the erection of the free standing advertisement hereby approved, all existing signage shall be dismantled and removed from the land under the applicant's control and from the highway verge.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G2 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the sign hereby approved shall be sited on land owned by the applicant behind the existing roadside vegetation in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The sign shall not be erected until these details have been approved.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G2, C2 and C9 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That a colour sample of the shade of green for the main part of the sign shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the erection of the sign. Thereafter the sign shall be painted and retained in the approved colour.
