Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That this permission shall enure only for the benefit of Mr & Mrs Drage whilst resident at the application property and shall not enure for the benefit of the land.
Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the particular use and circumstances advanced by the applicant and to comply with policies G1 and CF1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the premises shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application as a private nursery and for no other purpose (including any other purpose in Class D1 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 or in any provisions equivalent to that class in any statutory instrument revoking and re-enacting that Order).
Reason: To safeguard the character and amenities of the area and to comply with Policies G1, CF1 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the number of children who may be in care at the premises shall not exceed 12 at any one time on any one day.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to safeguard the amenities of the neighbours and to comply with Policies G1 CON7 and CF2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That no child may be taken into care at the premises nor be in care at the premises except between the hours of 9.15 and 15.15 hours Monday to Friday during Oxfordshire County Council term time only and no child to be taken into care at the premises nor be in care at the premises on Public Holidays.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to safeguard the amenities of neighbours and to comply with Policies G1, G7, CON10 and CF1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the garden is to be used in connection with the nursery for a maximum period not exceeding 2 hours on the days specified in Condition 4.
