Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That, colour swatches for the lettering and fascia paint shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any works. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To respect the established character and special historical and architectural qualities of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, the hanging sign shall be fixed into the mortar courses and not into the bricks. Reason: To respect the established character and special historical and architectural qualities of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
