Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That, notwithstanding the areas identified for the removal of lathe and plaster in the schedule of works, no new areas of plasterboard shall be introduced without the prior written consent from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the character of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, notwithstanding the details in the schedule of works, no damp proofing shall be carried out. Reason: To protect the character of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to commencement of any works, details of any windows to be replaced shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Any replacement windows shall match those removed and shall be in painted timber and single glazed. Reason: To protect the character of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, notwithstanding the detail in the schedule of works, stainless steel bars shall be used to repair the wall of the bread store in accordance with the Engineer's letter dated 17 October 2006. Reason: To protect the character of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That any replacement rainwater goods shall be cast iron and thereafter they shall be retained as such. Reason: To protect the character of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
