Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That prior to commencement of works, further details of the proposed windows shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and agreed in writing and where possible the design shall match the original leaded casements used on the listed building. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To protect the character of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to commencement of works, details of the junction between the existing building and the proposed extension shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To protect the historic timber frame of the listed building and to ensure the provision of adequate weatherproofing in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to commencement of works, a sample plain clay tile and brick panel shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To protect the character of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
