Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s).
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the buildings in accordance with Policies G2, G6, D1, and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The dormer windows in the north elevation of the games room/study hereby approved shall be glazed with obscure glass prior to the occupation of the development. The obscure glazing shall thereafter be retained in position.
Reason: In the interests of the amenity of the neighbouring property in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The development hereby permitted shall only be used for ancillary residential purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the existing dwelling known as Greenacres.
Reason: A separate use of the building would not be appropriate in this location in accordance with Policies G2, G6, D1, H6, H13, and E8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
