That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, details of the door to be reinstated between the living room and the bedroom shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
