Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application S.18/06 as shown on plan numbers 783055/10.00A, /10/01/A, /11.00, /11.01A, /12.00 and 12.01 accompanying the application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.

That samples of the exterior materials proposed to be used shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development prior to the start of work on the site. Reason: To ensure the materials are compatible with the surrounding development. (Policies: G2, G6 (OSP2016); G2, G6 (SOLP2011)).

That development shall not begin until a scheme for the disposal of foul sewage has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development. Reason: In the interests of public health. (Policies: G2 (OSP2016); D11 (SOLP2011)).

That details of surface water drainage works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development prior to the development commencing. Reason: In the interests of public health. (Policies: G2 (OSP2016); EP6, D11 (SOLP2011)).

That the car park be laid out, constructed, surfaced and drained in all respects to the satisfaction of the Head of Sustainable Development. Reason: To ensure that adequate car parking provision is made. (Policies: G2 (OSP2016); D2 (SOLP2011)).

That no development shall take place until the trees on the site which are to be retained and which are adjacent to or within the development area, have been protected during building operations by means of a protective fence around the edge of the canopy of the trees in accordance with B.S. 5837:2005, and with the written requirements (copy attached) of the Head of Sustainable Development relating to the protection of trees. Furthermore, no works or storing of plant or materials shall be carried out within the fenced area. Reason: To ensure the protection of trees on the land and to preserve the amenities of the locality. (Policies: G2 (OSP2016); G2, G6, C1 (SOLP2011).

That the School shall prepare a School Travel Plan which is to be submitted to and approved by the Head of Sustainable Development following consultation with the Travel Plans Development Team and that plan must be put into operation before occupation of the building. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and to encourage more sustainable means of transport. (Policies: G2 (OSP2016); D1 (SOLP2011)).
