Having regard to the proximity of the premises to nearby residential properties and the reported and observed levels of noise and disturbance around closing time, the lengthening of the opening hours would be likely to result in increased noise and disturbance later into the evening to the detriment of the living conditions of local residents. The proposal would therefore be contrary to policies G2 and EP2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and Government Guidance set out in PPS1, PPS6 and PPG24.
