Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the development hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing buildings, and shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the building in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, D1, and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
All new windows, external doors and rainwater goods associated with the development hereby approved shall match those of the existing building in type, design and external finish, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the buildings in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, D1, and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
