The lettering to be installed on the fascia hereby approved shall be constructed from vinyl and not from any other material, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the amenity of the locality in accordance with Policies CON8 and AD1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That at the end of a period of 5 years beginning with the date of this consent, the consent will lapse and the advertisements hereby approved shall be removed unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: By virtue of Regulation 18 (4) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992 in accordance with Policy AD1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
