Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building to which the garage is to be attached.
Reason: In the interests of the character and appearance of the listed buildings in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Prior to the commencement of any work, and notwithstanding what is shown on the approved drawings or other approved documents, full details of the junctions of the new works with the existing fabric drawn at a minimum scale of 1:10 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To protect the special architectural and historic character of the building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
