That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the stables hereby permitted shall be used for the personal enjoyment of Mrs. G Massey, as specified in the application and shall not be used for commercial purposes and shall not be used in connection with the provision of riding lessons or tuition. Reason: To help protect the character and amenities of the area in accordance with Policies C1 and R10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the details accompanying the application, the roof of the building shall be constructed using dark slate grey corrugated roof sheeting. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies C1 and R10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the first use of the stables hereby permitted, the existing buildings to the east of the permitted stables shall be demolished and the materials removed from the site. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy C1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
