That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That no works shall take place until details of the following matters have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority :- - details of the new staircase at scale 1:20, - details of the proposed windows and doors at scale 1:20 and 1:5 (section and elevation) - details of finishes for windows/doors/staircase, and - details of the type/method of fixing of insulation to be used for sound insulation between the units and heat insulation in the roofs. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satistfactory in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
