Planning Permission on 6th December 2006
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the building hereby permitted shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition on or before 6 June 2008.
Reason: Temporary permission is granted on the basis of the special circumstances and need advanced by Oxfordshire Mental Healthcare. Eighteen months should allow sufficient time for the Trust to find a permanent solution as the long-term retention of the temporary building would be detrimental to the character and appearance of this part of the Conservation Area and contrary to Policies G6 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That this permission shall enure only for the benefit of Oxfordshire Mental Healthcare for so long as they shall occupy the site, and shall not enure for the benefit of the land.
Reason: That permission is granted on the basis of the special circumstances and need advanced by Oxfordshire Mental Healthcare. A building of this type would not normally be acceptable in this location in accordance with Policies G2, G6 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
