Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That, a schedule of works shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of work.
Reason: In order to protect the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That, the colour finish of the unit shall be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of work.
Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the listed building and Henley Conservation Area in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON3 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That, details of the finish of the wall mounting brackets shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of work.
Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the listed building and Henley Conservation Area in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON3 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
