Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That samples of the rainwater goods and materials to be used for the external walls and roof and shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of development.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies H13, COn5 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the garage building shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of The Old Foundry and shall not be used for residential or business use or any other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies H13, CON5 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the joinery details of all windows and doors at a scale of 1:20 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of development.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies H13, CON5 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That lime mortar shall be used in the construction of the walls of the garage hereby approved.
Reason: In order to ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies H13, CON5 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
